The Hornby Clan Expands

The Hornby family is putting down roots on the outskirts of Bridgeport City. They had their first child, a boy named Booker who is the perfect mixture of his parents. And now they're pregnant with baby #2. It's a good thing they took that honeymoon to Al Simhara because Alice and Ebenezer won't have the time or money to be traveling again for a long time to come!

It wasn't long after Booker became the cutest pudding toddler ever, that Alice and Ebenezer found out they were pregnant and expecting their second child. They were over-the-moon happy and Ebenezer was still hanging on to his dream of having a daughter.

While the new baby cooked away in Alice's proverbial oven, Booker enjoyed exploring his new toddler-world. He loved playing "claw" with his daddy, chewing on his blocks, and playing with his best friend, a doll that a distant relative had given him when he was just a baby.

But it wasn't all fun and games in toddler-land. Booker had lots of things he needed to learn, and his parents were relentless teachers! This kid learned how to walk, talk and use the potty by his second day of toddlerhood!

And just in time too, because Alice went into labor shortly thereafter. They decided to have a home birth this time around (for some reason, they kept trying to leave Booker at home all alone and a babysitter wouldn't come over...), and Ebenezer quickly regretted that decision! He did pretty good though, and only fainted a time or two.

And then, much to everyone's surprise, the new babies were born! Alice and Ebenezer had twins, a boy and a girl! So Ebenezer finally got his girl, and he got another boy too. They named the twins Bennett and Bridget, and the couple had their hands full with a toddler and two babies!

Baby days are boring, so let's skip right ahead to seeing the twins as toddlers. Bennett is good and artistic. He loves chinese music, hamburgers, and the color hot pink. He ought to be an interesting character. I kind of see him as an artsy-fartsy hippie type of guy. He has his mommy's red hair and his daddy's green eyes, just like his big brother Booker. But his skintone is light like his mom's. He is a Scorpio.

Bridget is a genius and perceptive (and Alice passes on her perceptive-ness to yet another Hornby kid). She likes roots music, mac n' cheese, and the color spice brown (like Booker). Bridget has brown hair and green eyes like her daddy, and her skintone is a mixture of her parents. She is a Pisces. I was hoping she'd get Alice's light blue eyes with Ebenezer's brown hair so she could be the total opposite of her brothers, but at least she got a different hair color.

If the Hornby parents thought it was tough with a toddler and two babies in the house, they would be shocked at just how much more tough it was with three toddlers! Thankfully, they had already trained Booker in all of his toddler skills, but they now had to do it all again times two. They were a busy little family during these days.

And then their prayers were answered and Booker had his childhood birthday. One toddler down, two more to go. Booker gained the good sense of humor trait, and quickly became the family comedian.

He started school and with school comes homework. Ebenezer and Alice help him a lot with homework, but he still doesn't seem to get it all done in time. He's always working on late homework while at school!

They usually have dinner after the twins have gone to bed, which is nice because they can spend some one-on-one time with Booker. It's hard to have individual time with each child, so Booker sometimes feels a little lonely. He already has wants to start working out and doing cardio, so he might be a superstar athlete one day after all!

Lol, you're right! Looks like Ebenezer won't be dying in the next stove fire after all. A job well done!
